three overseas Filipino workers (OFW) now awaiting execution in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, are seeking help from the government. Migrante International said the prisoners, brothers Edison and Rolando Gonzales and Eduardo Arcilla, were tried and sentenced without any lawyer. 'The three, all from Mexico town were sentenced to death on July 23, 2007 after they allegedly confessed to the killing of three other overseas Filipino workers in Jeddah in April 2006,' said Migrante International chairperson Connie Bragas-Regalado. The three insisted they were framed and confessed to the crime only because they were tortured, she added.
