DEATH PENALTY. EUROPEAN COUNCIL SUPPORTS MORATORIUM

the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly, meeting in Strasbourg, unanimously approved (with 83 votes) the motion of support for the Moratorium on Capital. The motion was presented by the Italian delegate, headed by Andrea Rigoni.
