The identities of ten more individuals killed by Government forces using live ammunition and lethal force during recent protests in Tehran have been confirmed. The victims are Amirhossein Javadzadeh, Omid Fallahipour, Mehdi Aghahosseini, Karim Touni, Mohammad Goli, Artin Abdollahi, Yaser Ezzati Nosratian, Mohammad Mehdi Saifollahpour, Mostafa Afshar, Mehdi Mirzaei, and Amirali Parvizi.
According to verified reports confirmed by Hengaw, the victims include two Turkish and one Lor.

Killings on January 9, 2026
- Amirhossein Javadzadeh, 25, a Tehran resident who worked at a perfume shop in the Grand Bazaar, was shot in the head by Government forces during protests. He was transferred to hospital, but his body was returned to his family 24 hours later from the Kahrizak Forensic Medicine Center.
- Omid Fallahipour, 41, and
- Mehdi Aghahosseini, 26, both residents of Tehran, were shot and killed by live ammunition fired by government forces.
- Karim Touni, a 52-year-old Lor man originally from Azna and residing in Parand, was fatally shot while attempting to help an injured protester. Witnesses said he was struck in the chest from a distance of approximately two meters, and that government forces also fired handgun rounds at him.

Killings on January 8, 2026
- Mohammad Goli, a resident of Tehran’s Najafabad neighborhood and a father, was killed by government forces after being struck by at least 11 bullets. According to informed sources, after witnessing officers fire on protesters from inside the Najafabad police station, he drove a fire truck toward the station’s entrance in an attempt to shield demonstrators. He was repeatedly shot and killed at the scene.
- Yaser Ezzati Nosratian, a Turkish man from Razan in Hamedan Province and a resident of Tehran, was killed by government forces using live ammunition during protests in the Andisheh district. His body was later returned to his family and buried on January 12 in his hometown of Qaderkhalaj village.
- Mohammad Mehdi Saifollahpour, a Tehran resident and the only son of elderly parents, was shot in the chest during protests in the Sattar Khan neighborhood.
- Mostafa Afshar, from Tehran, was shot in the head and killed in the Tehranpars district.
- Mehdi Mirzaei, a 23-year-old only son from Arak, was fatally shot in the heart during protests in Tehran. Sources said authorities pressured his mother to falsely describe him as a member of the Basij militia, an offer she refused.
- Amirali Parvizi, a 19-year-old Turkish man from Bojnord, a high school graduate working as a restaurant laborer and residing in Tehran, was shot dead with live ammunition during protests in the Sadeghiyeh district. Authorities reportedly demanded nearly one billion tomans from his family in exchange for releasing his body, forcing relatives to borrow heavily to secure its return. His burial was conducted under strict security supervision.
