Judicial commissioner Mohd Zaki Abdul Wahab of the High Court in Alor Star, Malaysia,passed the mandatory death sentence on clerk Zakaria Ahmad, 32, from Sungai Petani, for trafficking 2.2kg in cannabis
in Sungai Petani on February 2, 2006.
Deputy public prosecutor Mohd Zaki Mohd Salleh prosecuted while counsel Naran Singh appeared for the accused.
