in Malaysia, a former police constable was sentenced to death by Judicial Commissioner Azman Abdullah after he was found guilty of trafficking.
R. Perumal, 47, who belonged to the Penang police prior to his expulsion in 1994, was charged with trafficking in 51.9 g monoacetylmorphines in front of a security guard house off Jalan San Peng on July 1, 2005.
