Nigerian national Chibuzor Vitus Ezekwem was executed in China after being found guilty of trafficking in hard drugs, according to the Nigerian Embassy in Beijing.
"The Mission's plea for mitigation of the death sentence was rejected and the death sentence passed on him was sadly carried out in accordance with the Laws of the People's Republic of China."
