ZAMBIA. MUFULIRA GARDEN TENDER TO HANG FOR MURDER

15 May 2008 :

a garden tender of Mufulira was sentenced to death for killing a woman in Zambia. Justice Muyinda Wanki of the Ndola High Court found Kosamu Bupe, 42, of Kamuchanga Township, guilty of murder under Section 200 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
