Two drug traffickers on death-row in Vietnam had their sentences commuted to life imprisonment by President Tran Duc Luong, state media said.However, 12 other prisoners facing execution for murder and drug trafficking had their appeals rejected, reported the An Ninh Thu Do newspaper, which is under the control of Hanoi's police force.
