KENYA: TWO SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR STEALING SH40

24 July 2009 :

two people were sentenced to death by a Malindi court in Kenya for violently robbing a fisherman of a packet of cigarettes and Sh40.
Principal Magistrate Dominica Nyambu sentenced Haidari Ahmed Shaibu and Ali Kassim for robbing Hussein Bahhassan on February 24, 2008, at Buntwani beach.
