June 6, 2026 - IRAN. Samad Naderpour and Hossein Shahamat executed in Hamedan on June 6
The executions of two Turkish prisoners from Zanjan, Samad Naderpour, 30, and Hossein Shahamat, 35, were secretly carried out Hamedan Central Prison (Alvand Prison) in the early hours of June 6, 2026. Both had been arrested two years earlier and were sentenced to death on charges of drug-related offenses.
None of these executions have been announced by state media.
