February 19, 2026 - IRAN. Hassan Narouei executed in Sarakhs February 19

The death sentence of Hassan Narouei, 27, a Baloch prisoner from Sarakhs County in Razavi Khorasan Province, was carried out in Sarakhs Central Prison.
According to information received by Hengaw, the execution was carried out on February 19, 2026.
Sources state that Narouei had been on death row for five years following his conviction on charges of murder. On February 17, 2026, he was transferred from Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad to Sarakhs Prison prior to the execution.
The execution has not been announced by state media.
