Four drug traffickers were executed in Vietnam's northern province of Thanh Hoa. The four had reportedly been sentenced to death in August 2001 for participating in a drug network that was found guilty of trafficking more than 25 kg of heroin and 4.7 kg of opium since 1997.(Sources: Agence France Presse, 21/11/2003)
