Five prisoners, including three women, were hanged on 27 February 2021 in Egypt, a security source told AFP, speaking on condition of anonymity.
Egypt’s Court of Cassation issued a final and irrevocable ruling on March 15, 2026 upholding the death sentence for Karim Selim, known as the “Tagamoa killer,” for murdering three women and disposing their bodies in desert areas.
