The death sentences of five prisoners were carried out at Kermanshah Central Prison (Dizelabad). Hengaw has so far identified one of the executed individuals as Shahram Chenani, a Kurdish prisoner from Kermanshah who had been sentenced to death for premeditated murder. The identities of the other four prisoners are still being verified. According to information received by Hengaw, the executions took place at dawn on October 14, 2025.
The executions have not been announced by Iranian state media.
