The executions of Ali Akbar Hasani, 30, and Rahman Kahzadi, both of Turkish origin from Zanjan, were carried out at dawn in Zanjan Central Prison on October 11. Hasani had been convicted of murder following a workplace dispute three years ago, while Kahzadi had also been sentenced to death on a murder charge.
State media have not yet reported the executions.
