USA - Ohio. Judge Richard Collins sentenced Joseph Thomas, 27, white, to death

Lake County Common Pleas Court Judge Richard Collins Jr. agreed with jurors and sentenced Joseph Thomas, 27, white, to die for the brutal killing of Annie McSween, 49, who was murdered on Nov. 26, 2010. Thomas continues to claim he's innocent.
