Fulton County Judge Jeffrey Robinson upheld a jury's death penalty recommendation (see April 4, 2018) for James Worley, 59, White. Jurors convicted Worley in the July 19, 2016 death of Sierah Joughin, 20. Worley denied being involved in the killing before he was sentenced.
