The Florida Supreme Court upheld the death sentence of Leo Louis Kaczmar because a jury was unanimous in sentencing him in 2013. The Supreme Court has thrown out the state's death penalty as unconstitutional because it didn't require unanimous jury decisions on sentencing.(Source: The Florida Times-Union)
