In Nigeria, Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, said he would not sign the death warrants of condemned criminals.Dr. Uduaghan, who stated this at a town hall meeting in Umeh Community, Isoko South Council Area of the state, said as a medical doctor, he was trained to save lives and not to take them.
