MALAYSIA: INDIAN NATIONAL TO HANG FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING

Malaysian High Court Justice Datuk Wira Mohtarudin Baki sent Indian national Munuswamy Sundar Raj, 44, a contractor, to the gallows for trafficking in 25kg of ketamine at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Sepang on October 18, 2008. Raj was originally sentenced to 5 years imprisonment, but the prosecution appealed the ruling.
