23 November 2009 :

Kyrgyzstan's youth human rights organisation staged a protest near Government House in Bishkek. Young people marched past Government House with slogans across their chests "We Are For the Right to Life".
They were protesting the government's plans to restore the death penalty.
Police officers patrolling the area only asked the protesters questions about the aim of the protest.
The youth human rights organization are calling on the Kyrgyz people to make a decision and oppose the plans to restore the death penalty.
