Two prisoners were hanged in the prison of Semnan, north of Iran.According to the official website of the Iranian judiciary the prisoners were identified as "M. J. " (49 year-old) and "H. A." (47 year-old) and were convicted of carrying more than 1100 grams of pure heorin and 6180 grams of concentrated heroin respectively.
The charges have not been confirmed by independent sources.
