Soheil Haji was executed at Shirvan Prison on Feb. 23. The man, age 43, had been sentenced for murder. According to informed sources, Soheil was in a disagreement with the victim over an agricultural land deal. Sources say he lost his nerves, locked the steering wheel and caused a fatal crash.
