On the early morning of June 10, Rahin Yousefi hanged at Ormiyeh prison, a reliable source told Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN). Rahim Yousefi, 40 years old and father of two children and from the village of Soghanlu in Piranshahr of West Azerbaijan Province, confessed to the manslaughter of his friend two and a half years ago after 13 years but he was still sentenced to retaliation. Last night, a number of relatives of this prisoner and civil activists of this city had gathered in front of his house to persuade the victim’s family to show leniency.
