May 19, 2024 - IRAN. Fardin Musazadeh and Mehdi Khadem executed in Ardebil on May 19
According to a report received by Hengaw, on May 19, 2024, the death sentences of 37-year-old Fardin Musazadeh and 24-year-old Mehdi Khadem, both Turkish, from Meshkinshahr in Ardebil province, were carried out in the central prison of Ardebil.
According to informed sources, Fardin Musazadeh was arrested five years ago and Mehdi Khadem four years ago on drug-related charges.
At the time of writing this report, the news of the execution of these two prisoners has not been announced in the government media.
