Elias Notizehi hanged at the central prison of the city of Zahedan on December 4. According to HRANA, prisoner Elias Notizehi (Elyas Nooti Zehi), 27, was hanged on December 4, at Zahedan Central Prison, Sistan and Baluchistan province. He was sentenced to death for murder around three years ago. The news of this execution has not been published by the Iranian media yet.
