Coronavirus Death Toll Exceeds 34,200 in 296 Cities. The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Thursday, April 23, 2020, that the Coronavirus fatalities had exceeded 34,200 in 296 cities across Iran. The number of victims in Tehran is 5,815, Mazandaran 2,220, Khuzestan 1,605, Golestan 1,105, Lorestan 770, Sistan and Baluchestan 535, Kurdistan 530, Qazvin 435, Bushehr 325, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 289.
