(March 1, 2023) - Mansour Saeedi, Asghar Khosh Sima and Abbas Homavar executed in Shiraz on March 1.
According to information obtained by IHR, three men were executed in Shiraz Central Prison on March 1. Their identities have been established as Mansour Saeedi, Asghar Khosh Sima and Abbas Homavar. They were sentenced for murder.
A source told IHR: “Mansour Saeedi and Asghar Khosh Sima were arrested in the same case three years ago. Abbas Homavar was behind bars for around four years.”
They were taken to the gallows after last visits with their families.
At the time of writing, their executions have not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
