December 9, 2023 - 2 men executed in Zahedan on December 9

According to Haal Vsh, two Baluch men were executed in Zahedan Central Prison on 9 December. One of the men’s identities has been reported as 22-year-old Mahmoudzehi from Saravan. Both he and the unidentified man were sentenced to death for drug-related charges.
Abdolbaset Gorgij and Abdolaziz Shahlibar were previously reported to have been executed at the prison that day, bringing the total to four executions.
At the time of writing, their executions have not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
