On June 6, 2023, two inmates who had been convicted of drug-related crimes were executed at the Central Prison of Karaj. HRANA has identified one of these individuals as Einollah Badri-Nejad, Hengaw as Ainalah Badrinezhad.
As of now, no official sources have reported on these executions.
