a woman was beheaded in the village of Nehqai Kandau in the Haleemzai tehsil, Pakistan, and her body was dumped by the roadside. A note found near Hazrat Bibi, 35, of Phatak area in the Bajaur Agency, said “the woman was involved in immoral activities and we punished her in accordance with the Sharia. All those involved in such activities would meet the same fate.” The tribal administration sent the body to the address mentioned in the note.
