USA - California. Judge Kevin McGee sentenced Ricardo Villa, 36, Hispanic, to death

Ventura County Superior Court Judge Kevin McGee sentenced Ricardo Villa, 36, Hispanic, to death row for the June 27, 1993 rape and slaying of 87-year Beatrice Bellis. The judge reaffirmed a May 12 (see) jury's recommendation.
