Three convicted drug traffickers and producers, two Chinese and one Thai, will be executed before the Songkran [New Year] festival begins, Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra said.The Thaksin administration has vowed to resort to capital punishment to stem drug abuse and trafficking.
