SOMALIA: THREE EXECUTED IN PUNTLAND FOR TERRORISM

01 July 2021 :

Authorities in the regional state of Puntland on 27 June 2021 executed three men in Garowe and Qardho town, regional police commander Colonel Mumi Abdi Shire told the media.
The executions were by firing squad.
The three men were accused of Al-Shabaab membership and terrorism in separate trials in the towns of Garowe and Qardho this year.
