Tan Chin Hock, 44, lost the appeal against his death sentence for possessing more than 64g of heroin in his flat in March 2008. He confessed in police statements but appealed over the way urine drug tests were applied in trafficking cases involving the death penalty.(Sources: Straits Times, 18/08/2010)
