overseas Filipino worker Joselito Zapanta, from Pampanga province, appealed his death sentence in Saudi Arabia. He was sentenced to death on April 13, 2009, for robbing and killing his Sudanese landlord with a hammer in June 2009 during an argument over rent.(Sources: GMAnews.tv, 25/05/2010)
