Beheading in Saudi Arabia

a Nigerian man was executed by sword in the Saudi city of Jeddah. The man, identified as Omar, was convicted of bringing cocaine into the kingdom, the ministry said in a statement carried by the official news agency SPA.
The Ministry of Justice and National Integration announced that a total of 817 individuals, both local and foreign, sentenced to death are currently imprisoned across the country, Ada Derana reported on February 16, 2026.
