PAKISTAN: MAN AWARDED DEATH SENTENCE

29 February 2012 :

In Pakistan, Additional District and Sessions Judge Chaudhry Muhammad Tariq Javed awarded death sentence to a man. The court also imposed fine of Rs100,000 on him.
Kahuta Police Station registered a case under Section of 302 against Wajid Hussain in December 9, 2009 for his alleged role in murder of Shams Masood.
