On August 22, Additional Sessions Judge Sunita Gupta held Janesh, 35, a resident of Rajpur Road, guilty of raping and murdering his 17-year-old daughter two years ago and sentenced him to death by hanging. The accused was also ordered to pay a fine of Rs 13,000.
