Mohammed Asharaf Ramadan, a Pakistani national, was beheaded in Riyadh over alleged charges of drug trafficking. He was caught attempting to smuggle into the kingdom an amount of heroin that he swallowed.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan on April 13, 2026 dismissed an appeal against the death sentence of a convict, who had murdered his biological father and severely injured stepmother and three siblings over the transfer of a portion of property to his second wife and children.
