an additional sessions judge sentenced a man to death for killing three relatives of his fourth wife and injuring three others by throwing acid. He was also sentenced to 10 years imprisonment for injuring three women with a fine of Rs 1 million on each count. According to the prosecution, Ashraf of Masti Gate married Asia, but her parents refused to send her with him when they learnt he already had three wives.
