Lo Van Tuoi, 40, was put to death at dawn at the Cau Nga execution site in Hanoi's Tu Liem district, Vietnam. Tuoi had been sentenced to death in October 2003 after being found guilty of trafficking heroin from Laos and China to Vietnam between 1996 and 1999.
