Judge Datuk Wira Moktarudin Baki of the Malaysian High Court sentenced Thai nationals Masoh Daloh, 35, and Romuelee Yakoh, 46, to hang for trafficking 34.9kg of cannabis at Titiwangsa Lake Park carpark on February 20, 2002.
