IRAQ. TWO SENTENCED TO DEATH IN NASIRIYA

13 March 2007 :

A court in Nasiriya sentenced two Iraqis to death for murder and kidnapping.
The names of the defendants sentenced to death have not been revealed but a court statement said the first had killed a woman after breaking into her house and the second was found guilty of abducting an Iraqi man.
