August 11, 2025 - IRAN. Zaker Aramesh executed in Isfahan on August 11

According to a report received by Hengaw, in the early hours of August 11, 2025, the death sentence of 27-year-old Zaker Aramesh, a Baloch prisoner from the village of Durk Karimabad in Sarbaz city, Sistan and Baluchestan province, was carried out at Isfahan Central Prison. He had been arrested four years earlier on drug-related charges. He was moved to solitary confinement two days prior to his execution.

The execution has not been announced by state-run media.
