October 15, 2025 - IRAN. Zahra Khan-Babaei and Younes Jahandideh executed in Bandar Abbas on October 15
According to information Hengaw received on November 9, authorities executed a woman and a man in Bandar Abbas Central Prison on October 15, 2025. The woman was identified as Zahra Khan-Babaei, the man as Younes Jahandideh. Both had been sentenced to death on drug-related charges.
The executions have not been reported by state-run media.
