September 2, 2025 - IRAN. Unidentified man executed in Bushehr on September 2
According to information obtained by Hengaw, at dawn on September 2, an unidentified Afghan national was executed in Bushehr Central Prison. According to the state-run Mehr News Agency, he had been convicted of killing police officer Sajjad Jafari during a confrontation. The report did not disclose his identity.
