IRAN: TWO PRISONERS INCLUDING A DISABLED MAN HANGED

24 January 2017 :

two prisoners were hanged in Orumieh Central Prison on drug-related charges. They were identified as: Ghabl Ali Bapir, an inmate paralysed to a wheelchair, and Sina Hosseinpour, 22.
