May 27, 2025 - IRAN. Shirzad Zamani executed in Khorramabad on May 27
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Khorramabad (Parsilion) Central Prison on 27 May 2025. His identity has been established as Shirzad Zamani, a 32-year-old father of one from Khorramabad. He was working as company driver when he was arrested for drug-related offences four years ago.
At the time of writing, his execution was not reported by domestic media in Iran.
