June 23, 2026 - IRAN. Saman Rashidi executed in Ahvaz on June 23
According to information received by Hengaw, Saman Rashidi, 32, a Lor man from Izeh, was executed in the early hours of June 23, 2026, at Sepidar Prison in Ahvaz. He had been arrested five years earlier on charges of murder.
As of the time of this report, authorities have not officially announced the execution.
